Our Fee Structure

We charge a fixed percentage of the sales made to the distributor by the company during the first year, based on a factor derived from the typical profit margins of the industry or similar sectors.

Calculation Method: The fee is calculated by multiplying the value of sales to the distributor by this factor, then applying a factor of 0.5.

Important Note: This charge is applied directly to the company, not the distributor, ensuring your partners can focus on building their business without additional financial burden.
