Introduction

Welcome to our web portal, operated by Dealsflow Ventures Consultants Private Limited(“DFFC”, “we” or “us”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web portal and any services offered through it (the “Service”). By using our Service, you accept these Terms in full. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), for pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the Terms for:

• Any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage;
• Any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
• Loss or corruption of data, information or software;
• Loss of business opportunity; or
• Loss of anticipated savings

Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to FCC in the 12 months preceding the date of the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
